Manchester United: Creating Winning Moments - The Art & Science of Talent Management was a presentation delivered to England Athletics in April 2016 by Tony Strudwick.

Much of what was set out in the presentation has come to pass in the eight years since. It illustrates how Manchester United sought to create “winning moments” by staying ahead of the curve: leading rather than following, and combining strategic foresight with excellence in talent management.

These systems demonstrate that digital coordination can operate reliably at national scale and across diverse regions.
